| Two APHA mares for sale one in foal.
Both mares are registered APHA.Both are true black and white. The tovero mare(black faced mare in photo)stands a measured 16 hands. She is in foal to my 17.1 hands Spotted Draft stallion. She has not been riddenfor a while due to pregnancy. She has NO vices and is 100% sound. She is due to have her foal Sept 2 2009.
The overo mare (the mare with the white face in the photo) stands 15.1 hands. NO vices. 100% sound. She has been ridden but I consider her green and needs training.
Both mares are UTD on vaccines.Feet trimmed every 8 weeks. They stand well for vet and farrier.They will also crosstie. Both trailer excellent.Both are VERY easy keepers. I have them on low starch/sugar high fiber diet. I deworm every eight weeks rotating between Equimax(Ivermectin) and Strongid liquid or paste.
I will sell together or separately. I would trade them for a registered black and white leopard(large spots) Appaloosa mare or filly at least 15.2 and broke,sound with no vices. Serious inquiries only please. More photos on my website http://www.horsesofart.com
